Return Process

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return shipping is completely covered by us.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all components are included, and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
